Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns however if you receive an item of clothing that does not fit, we are happy to accept a size exchange for the same item if we have the required size in stock. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in as new condition with original tags and packaging intact and no damage to the garment (including pet hair).
The cost of return postage and postage to send the new item are the responsibility of the customer and Mali Love carries no responsibility for items in transit. All exchanges must be discussed prior to the item being posted back, please email email@example.com to discuss your request. All items will be checked once they arrive at Mali Love and any items that are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted.
All sale items are final sale, meaning we won’t accept any size exchanges on these items.

Any items that are faulty or damaged may be replaced and shipping will be covered by Mali Love. Prior to posting your item back, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the defect including pictures within 14 days of the purchase date.
