We want to get your items into your hot little hands as quickly as possible! Most orders will be processed within 24 hours but this may extend to 48 hours during peak times. If you have a super late last minute order that you needed yesterday (I’ve been there many times!), please send an email with your order number to info@malilove.com.au and mark the subject line URGENT ORDER and we will do everything we can to rush your order out the door (obviously you would have already paid for express shipping as well, you needed it yesterday remember). We’ll do whatever we can to have your back!

Once your order is out our doors, it’s over to Australia Post.

Standard shipping - $9.99 flat rate. 2-6 business days

Express shipping - $14.99 flat rate. 1-2 business days 

Free shipping – free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120

Mali Love carries no responsibility for items not being delivered due to incorrect address being given by the customer so please double check your postal address prior to completing your order. The cost to resend a parcel due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping

We ship to all countries excluding North America (United States of America and Canada).

Please note that all international orders are final sale - we do not accept returns or size exchange on any international orders.

New Zealand – Flat rate $20 standard post.

Rest of the world (excluding North America) – Flat rate $30 standard post.

If you require express international postage, please email info@malilove.com.au and we will provide you with a shipping quote. 

Please note that any government duties and import taxes related to international shipping are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
